We have a strong commitment to family roots, as reflected by our ownership — husband and wife Chris and Tracy Smith, as well as her sister Heather De Antonis. Together, all three owners are dedicated to providing the best customer service and producing the highest quality countertop brackets in the nation.
Heather De Antonis
Heather’s experience in management and customer service prepared her to provide the best customer support available in the bracket business. She began working at Centerline in production, but has since moved to the front office to sales coordinator. However, on any given day, Heather can be found carrying out any function of the company from fabrication to powder coating to packing to shipping.
Tracy Smith
After 14 years in the hospitality industry, Tracy is committed to providing customer service of the highest standard. She brings an abundance of sales experience and takes pride in customer satisfaction, as well as investing into the company’s business management practices. She is passionate about providing customers with the best prices possible and strives to maintain a fair and balanced business model. Tracy’s plan for excellence spills over into each area of the business and is reiterated by each of the team members at Centerline.
Chris Smith
With a background as a computer engineer for 20 years and deep knowledge of technology enables him to develop a successful business strategy for the online-based bracket company. He has a fanatical commitment to executing every part of the business perfectly every single time and encourages this ethos in all team members at Centerline. Chris motivates the company to provide the best quality customer service by leading through example, and his zealous attention to detail guarantees impeccable products and business at Centerline.
